Mississippi MOVE announces upcoming event, 'End of Year Voter Registration Drive & Free Lunch', on Friday 12/29 & Saturday 12/30 from 10am - 5 pm at 98 1 Stop, 1674 Highway 98 East, Columbia, MS on Friday 12/29 & Saturday 12/30.
The event is an exciting partnership with the leadership and management of 98 One-Stop, as we will be registering new voters, providing voter registration- and Civic engagement information to all participants. The event is particularly significant because MOVE believes it's important for all individuals to be fully invested in the communities in which we live and we believe voting is the first step in that direction.
Anyone who is ready to register to vote -- whether it's your first time OR if you have had a change in address and need to re-register -- should attend the event, complete a voter registration form and get their meal ON US.
